Sh1n reposted an @Osint613 report stating that Israeli security agencies confirmed senior Hamas member Farah Hamed was killed Wednesday in a strike in Gaza City's Sheikh Ijlin neighborhood.

The operation was reportedly carried out by the Israel Police's elite Gideonim unit (Unit 33), together with the Shin Bet and IDF.

According to the post, Hamed served on the Military Council of the al-Qassam Brigades in Judea and Samaria and was previously a senior operative in Hamas' "West Bank Headquarters." He was also identified as part of the Silwad cell linked to deadly shooting attacks during the Second Intifada and was said to have fought against IDF troops during the war.
