Yet, 10 years later the IRGC-backed Houthis still hold Sanaa, The internationally recognized government is still weak, and Iranian supply lines are still feeding the arsenal. If a bunch of rare weapons move from frontline sightings to ordinary tribal parades in Sanaa, that is not “successful de-escalation.”, it is inventory renewal. A recognized government in Aden on paper while Houthis in the capital, maritime supply line still alive, terrorists still able to threaten the Red Sea security.
