Khomein blast was due to a failed BM launch.

In the earlier post quoted with the update, Shin wrote:

A bunch of blasts were heard in Khomein, it's not clear if it was missile launch or what.
Local Pro-Regime channels say the sounds are "due to armed forces activity" without further details.
