The U.S. Treasury (OFAC) has sanctioned 14 individuals, entities, and aircraft across Iran, Türkiye, and the UAE involved in procuring weapons components and supporting Mahan Air.

Individuals:
- Kamal Sabah Balkhkanlu: Tehran-based currency exchanger and payment facilitator for PESC.
- Mohammad Vahidi: Procurement associate for PESC.
- Danial Khalili: Delivery and receipt agent for PESC.
- Hamidreza Roknifard: Chairman of Adak Pargas Pars.
- Mostafa Roknifard: Vice Chairman of Adak Pargas Pars.
- Gholam Abbas Ataei Aghdam: Chairman of Sepehr Kaveh Kish.
- Jamshid Hosseinzadeh: Board member of Sepehr Kaveh Kish.
- Mohammad Hossein Mahdian: Manager for Mahan Air cargo and passenger services.

Entities:
- Emti Fiber Textile Import Export Trade Limited Company (Türkiye): Supplied cotton linters for ballistic missile propellant.
- Sepehr Kaveh Kish International Trading Company (Iran): Parent company and controlling entity of Mahan Air.
- Saman Air Services Company (Iran): Facilitated UAV and weapon shipments to Venezuela; owned by Mahan Air.
- Chabok FZCO (UAE): Procured U.S.-origin aircraft components for Mahan Air.

Aircraft:
- EP-MTE: Boeing 777 owned/operated by Mahan Air.
- EP-MTB: Boeing 777 owned/operated by Mahan Air.
