U.S. forces intercepted two Iranian ballistic missiles that were targeting American personnel in Kuwait last night, according to a statement from U.S. Central Command.
The missiles were launched at approximately 11 p.m. Eastern Time and were immediately defeated, CENTCOM said.
Last night at 11 p.m. ET, U.S. forces successfully intercepted two Iranian ballistic missiles targeting American forces based in Kuwait. These missiles were immediately defeated and no American personnel were harmed.
Centcom added that it remains vigilant and will continue to defend U.S. forces and interests in the region.
