CENTCOM: F-16 Refueled Over Regional Waters as Iran Blockade Diverts 48 Ships, Disables 2, Boards 2
U.S. Central Command reported that a U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter jet was refueled during a patrol over Middle Eastern waters while enforcing a maritime blockade against Iran, with 48 commercial vessels redirected, two disabled, and two boarded as of August 5.

A U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter jet is refueled during a patrol over regional waters in the Middle East while the U.S. continues enforcement of the blockade against Iran. As of Aug. 5, CENTCOM forces have redirected 48 commercial vessels, disabled 2, and boarded 2.
