Sh1n reposted a report from @no_itsmyturn stating that two London penthouse apartments allegedly owned by Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei are for sale, citing The Sunday Times.

The apartments are located at 3a Palace Green, overlooking Kensington Palace and near the Israeli embassy.

Their registered owner, Ali Ansari, was sanctioned by the United States in July for allegedly serving as a financier for Khamenei. The designation described Ansari as a:

"key financier" for Khamenei.

The United Kingdom sanctioned Ansari and froze his assets in October 2025 over allegations that he financed the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. He allegedly owns a London property portfolio worth more than £140 million.

According to The Times, the UK government is believed to have granted permission for the apartments to be sold after Ansari defaulted on their mortgages.
