Sh1n reposted a report from @manniefabian stating that Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip killed two Hamas operatives earlier this week.

The IDF said a strike in Gaza City on Wednesday killed Hassan Mahmoud Siam, whom it identified as a Hamas commander who invaded Israel during the October 7, 2023, attack. According to the military, Siam was also involved in holding Amit Soussana, Keith and Aviva Siegel, and Dafna Elyakim captive during the war.

A separate strike in Gaza City on Tuesday killed Adham Sohbi Salim Ziara, another Hamas member, the IDF said.

The military said both operatives had been advancing attacks and restoring Hamas infrastructure:

in systematic violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The IDF added:

As part of these efforts, the terrorists were involved in plans to fire at our forces and in planting explosive devices in the area of the Yellow Line.

The military said the two men were killed “to remove the threat.”
