Iranian military spokesmen threatened US targets beyond the Middle East in the event of renewed war.

Army spokesman Akraminia said:

  • Any renewed US attack would face an immediate response heavier and broader than before.
  • US facilities, equipment, forces, and interests could be targeted wherever they are within reach, including outside the Middle East.
  • A future war could last much longer than the previous one, and the US president would not determine when or on what terms it ends.

IRGC spokesman Mohebbi also said there would be no geographical limits in a war with the United States, with a broad range of targets identified to inflict damage and establish deterrence.
