Iran’s state-owned Mehr reported that IRGC member Afsaneh Aqila, commander of the Shahideh Afzal women’s Basij unit in Mehrestan, was killed in an attack on October 14.

The attack occurred in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran.
