@hey_itsmyturn reposted an October 14, 2026 update from @DefenceGeek concerning a map titled “Russia’s ‘Hybrid War’ on NATO 2026.”
The author said the previous Atlist version exceeded the platform’s free limit for marked positions because of the number of incidents. The map has therefore been rebuilt in Google’s “MyMaps” with all existing markers, potentially allowing it to become interactive and publicly viewable.
Newly added incidents include:
- Several incidents in the Black Sea
- Cyberattacks in France and the Netherlands
- Arrests in Latvia
- An arson attack in Bulgaria
- Several suspicious-package incidents at military facilities in the Netherlands
- Ongoing nationwide break-ins at the homes of Finnish parliamentarians
The author said pin locations are based as accurately as possible on public and OSINT information. For nationwide incidents, including cyberattacks, pins are placed wherever Google Maps identifies the country’s location.
