Shin (@hey_itsmyturn) said Iran’s Islamic regime continues to claim that it helped Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the July 15 coup and that Erdoğan sought refuge in Tabriz.

Shin further alleged that Turkey had closed its airspace to Iranian flights and that the regime was now threatening Turkey with “CONSEQUENCES,” describing its position as founded on self-created narratives and hostility.

Gholhaki’s quoted post was truncated at that point. It referred only to an unnamed neighboring country, while Shin identified the country as Turkey.
