IRGC-owned Fars News Agency reports that the IRGC Navy fired a warning shot at a vessel in the Strait of Hormuz after it allegedly turned off its tracking systems and navigated through an unauthorized route.
The IRGC Navy had previously warned that foreign interference and the use of illegal routes would trigger a decisive response. According to the report, several vessels attempted to use unauthorized routes despite warnings, and one ship was hit by a warning shot and brought to a halt.
