Iranian carrier Caspian Airlines’ Boeing 737, registration EP-KPB, was reportedly seized at Istanbul Airport over an approximately €3 million debt claim by aviation representation and supervision company ACM Temsil Gözetim.

Passengers were already onboard, baggage had been loaded, and the aircraft was ready to depart when enforcement officers served the court order before takeoff.

The passengers and cabin crew were then taken off the aircraft and returned to the terminal.
