The IDF attacked eight sections of bridges and roads that served the Iranian terror regime for transporting combat means and military equipment. The IDF attacked eight sections of bridges and roads that served the armed forces subordinate to the Iranian terror regime, for transferring combat means and military equipment in several areas in Iran including Tehran, Karaj, Tabriz, Kashan and Qom. The armed forces subordinate to the regime used the crossings that were attacked also at the present time for transporting combat means and military equipment, and for advancing terror activity against the State of Israel and additional countries throughout the Middle East. The crossings were attacked in order to prevent the regime's forces from using them to transfer equipment and combat means. Prior to the attack, measures were taken to minimize the chance of harm to civilians, including advance warnings, use of precise weaponry and aerial observations. The IDF will continue to operate against any infrastructure that serves the regime's armed forces for military purposes as well as for advancing terror operations against the State of Israel and countries of the world.
