"In a precise attack in Tehran: The IDF eliminated senior intelligence officers of the 'Khatam al-Anbiya' emergency headquarters
The Air Force, with precise guidance from Military Intelligence Directorate, struck targetedly in Tehran yesterday (Friday) and eliminated Abdullah Jalali-Nasab and Amir Shariat, senior officers in the intelligence department of the 'Khatam al-Anbiya' emergency headquarters, which reports directly to the leader of the Iranian terrorist regime.
Following the elimination of the head of the intelligence department, Saleh Asadi, in the opening strike of Operation 'Lion's Roar', Jalali and Shariat were appointed as acting replacements. The two were senior intelligence commanders and were key figures in the Iranian intelligence community. Additionally, the two were close to the top leadership of the Iranian terrorist regime.
The intelligence department of the 'Khatam al-Anbiya' emergency headquarters is responsible for intelligence analysis. This information is presented to senior officials of the regime's security establishment in frequent situational assessments, based on which the fighting against the State of Israel is conducted.
Their elimination adds to the dozens of senior commanders of the terrorist regime who have been eliminated throughout the operation, and constitutes another severe blow to the regime's command and control systems and its ability to manage the fighting in a coordinated manner.
The IDF will continue to operate powerfully against the commanders of the Iranian terrorist regime."
