Since the beginning of Operation "Lion's Roar", hundreds of Air Force fighter jets are operating in Iranian skies and attacking targets of the Iranian terror regime. Aerial refueling constitutes an essential component in Air Force operations in Iran, and enables maintaining air superiority in the region over time.
The Air Force's refueling aircraft support the fighter jet operations and performed approximately 2,000 aerial refuelings."
