"Another strike against the military strengthening of the Revolutionary Guards: IDF eliminated the trade official at the Revolutionary Guards' oil headquarters in the Tehran area.
The Air Force, under intelligence guidance from Military Intelligence, attacked and eliminated in the Tehran area the day before yesterday (Friday) Mohammad Reza Ashrafi Kohi, a senior commander in the Revolutionary Guards' oil headquarters who served as the trade official at the headquarters.
The oil headquarters, which is subordinate to the Revolutionary Guards commander, enables the continued existence of activity and military strengthening of the Revolutionary Guards, through profits from oil sales, while circumventing international sanctions.
Ashrafi managed the commercial activity of the oil headquarters, estimated at billions of dollars each year, and promoted the development of military capabilities of the Revolutionary Guards and proxies of the Iranian terror regime throughout the Middle East, primarily the Houthi terror regime and the terror organizations Hezbollah and Hamas.
This activity finances the ballistic missile array and unmanned aircraft of the Revolutionary Guards, responsible for launching threats toward Israeli territory and Gulf states, among other things to harm oil infrastructure in regional countries."
