CENTCOM Says IRGC Projectile Hit M/V GFS Pride Before It Sank

U.S. Central Command said an IRGC projectile struck M/V GFS Pride, which sank under tow, while more than 40 ships transited the Strait of Hormuz in 24 hours.

Following claims by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, U.S. Central Command said an IRGC projectile struck M/V GFS Pride and that the vessel sank while under tow.

CENTCOM also said more than 40 ships transited the Strait of Hormuz during the previous 24 hours.
