U.S. Central Command rejected an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claim that a supertanker struck two mines while passing through the southern route of the Strait of Hormuz and was brought to a complete stop.

CENTCOM stated:

✅ FACT: No ships have hit mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
