Sh1n reposted a report by @manniefabian stating that the IDF had announced the deaths of five operatives in recent strikes in the Gaza Strip.

The military said a strike on Sunday in Khan Younis killed three Palestinian Islamic Jihad members who had gathered to plan attacks on troops. It identified them as Muhammad Abu Hajjaj, an engineering operative; Yousef Abu Razak, a deputy squad commander; and Abdelhamid Jadallah, a rocket operative.

According to the IDF, a separate strike yesterday in southern Gaza killed Salah a-Din Iyad Abd al-Hamid and Izz a-Din Iyad Diab Barhoum, whom it identified as members of Hamas’s elite Nukhba Force in the group’s Rafah Brigade.

The IDF said the five had been advancing attacks against troops and civilians while attempting to restore the capabilities of Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas:

“in systematic violation of the ceasefire.”
