According to the report, the fleet of 12 B-1B aircraft conducted 29 bomber training flights during the month, with most launches featuring two aircraft. Flights generally took place every other day, except on 27 September, when both sorties were scrapped because of a terrorism incident.

The report said 069 "Avenger" and 120 "Whiskey Pete" had flown the fewest sorties and had gone the longest without flying. Both EL tails had also experienced availability issues during the Iran war.
