Bomber Run 63 - Ops Beginning Again?

Overnight, B-1B Lancer bombers from RAF Fairford (EGVA) conducted strikes in Iran, signalling a possible ramp-up in US operations. Two bombers launched, but only one was pre-planned to fly the combat mission into Iran; the second airframe returned to base after about six hours as an air spare. Ground-based tanker support from LROP refueled the mission. Tracking the bombers inside CENTCOM airspace remains difficult, so the return flight details are incomplete.
