At 23:30 Tehran local time on October 30, at least three launchers with their operators reportedly moved from the IRGC depot on the Tabriz–Khoy road in different directions: one toward Jolfa Road, one toward Bazargan, and one toward Tabriz.

Launchers from Marand Industrial Town, including the Sepanta area and the vicinity of the Sarcheshmeh Copper Laboratory, were also moved during the afternoon to various locations on the outskirts of the city for repositioning.

The movements were reported in East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.
