Shin (@hey_itsmyturn) reported rumors that Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi ordered the closure of border crossings between Iraq and Iran, specifically Shalamcheh, Al-Sheeb and Mandali.
The post separately said the deputy governor of Iran's Khuzestan Province confirmed closures at Shalamche and Chazzabe.
It characterized the move as a blockade and suggested it was likely a response to IRGC-backed militias targeting the Saudi pipeline, but did not present that connection as confirmed.
