Sh1n reposted a report from Iran International citing an informed source who said pediatrician Zeinab Soleimani has suffered severe mental health deterioration after months in solitary confinement at Dowlatabad Prison in Isfahan.

According to the source, Soleimani treated people injured during the Dey 1404 protests, removing pellets and bullets from their bodies. She was later arrested and has been held in solitary confinement since Farvardin 1405, apart from a brief period.

The source said Soleimani had no history of mental health problems before her arrest, but her condition deteriorated severely in detention. She was transferred to the general ward in Mordad but was returned to solitary confinement because of her worsening condition.

Soleimani has reportedly been admitted to Farabi Psychiatric Hospital in Isfahan three times and remained hospitalized for the third time until at least one week before the report.

The source added that Soleimani has not yet faced trial and that no information is available about any possible charges against her.
